Shipping and Order Processing Time

Due Cigni charges $9.95 for all orders.

Most orders will be processed within one business day (we make sure our employees take Saturday and Sunday off, so if you order late Friday or over the weekend, we will process your order on Monday).  When your order leaves our warehouse in Seattle, Washington, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  Add 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

Please note that we only ship within the United States.

Billing Information

When selecting your credit card payment option, be sure to include the billing address that is associated with the card you are using to make your purchase. We want to ensure that your order is processed without delay.

Refused or Undelivered Packages

Packages that are returned to us are subject to actual shipping and return charges.  To avoid these charges, please double check your address and make sure the recipient knows the package is coming.

Warranty

All Due Cigni products carry a one-year warranty against defects in materials and/or craftsmanship.  Please note that our warranty does not cover wear from normal use, or any damage resulting from use other than the intended purpose of the item.
